The Community Center (also called the Clubhouse) is located at 10194 S Cornerstone Lane.
- General meetings of the HOA.

- Reservations for personal events can also be scheduled by residents.

- $200 deposit check left with clubhouse chairperson to be returned if clubhouse left clean and undamaged
- $50 usage fee if event includes serving food and/or drink other than individually packaged snacks and/or plain water.

The rear of the Community Center opens onto the ecologically friendly park featuring a gazebo.
