Payments to HOA

Common payments made to Cornerstone Condominiums HOA

  1. Monthly Condo fee: $310 due the 1st with late fee if paid after the 15th of an additional $25.
  2. Monthly Overflow (RV) space fee: $30 except $45 for larger space #12 due the 1st with late fee if paid after the 15th of an additional $20. Can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
  3. Clubhouse fee is $50 (if food other than water or individually packaged snacks are served) with reservation plus a $200 “deposit check” left with clubhouse chairperson to be returned if the clubhouse is clean and undamaged after the event. Use of Clubhouse also requires a liability waiver.
  4. Reinvestment fee: there is a $300 reinvestment fee payable to the HOA when unit ownership changes. Whether the buyer or the seller pays this fee is decided during the sale of the condo.
  5. Fines and other payments.

Except for the Clubhouse “deposit check”, payments can be made by one of the following:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) detailed below OR
  2. Check or money order by USPS mail to:
