Swimming: Swimming pool access is NOT an amenity provided by South Jordan Cornerstone Condominiums Home Owners’ Association. However, there are two nearby community swimming facilities available to residents and guests.
The Utah Aquatics Academy is located just across Redwood Road at 10300 South and provides swimming lessons and swim team participation opportunities.
The South Jordan Fitness and Aquatic Center (Phone: 385-468-1630) operated by Salt Lake County, is located at 10866 S. Redwood Road only 6 blocks from the development and features indoor leisure and lap pools, a lazy river, and water slides.
The HOA Board has determined that the significant costs of liability, construction, and maintenance of a swimming facility on the property is best avoided by referring residents to nearby community facilities.
