Parking in Cornerstone Condominiums

Winter Parking in South Jordan, Utah: “From November 1 through March 1, South Jordan requires residents to park on the even-numbered side of the street during a snow event (1+ inch of snow) and for 24 hours afterward to allow for plowing. Violators risk a ticket or towing. Exceptions allow parking on the odd side only if signs allow, or for brief loading.”

Since Temple Lane (10200 South) is the only South Jordan city street with parking near Cornerstone Condominiums and the North side of the street is the even numbered side, the above statement could be interpreted to mean winter parking is permitted on its North side during a snow event of 1+ inch of snow.

Within the Cornerstone Development, parking is restricted to owners parking in their own garages or utilizing the parking pad adjacent to their condominium garage. Use of a parking pad shared between units in a 4-condominium building is to be determined by prior agreement between the adjacent unit owners.

Common parking areas marked on the streets are also available for use by vehicles as needed; unsightly or non-functional vehicles are not permitted.  Vehicles in common parking areas are subject to towing at owner expense without warning during winter months when 2 or more inches of snow is expected.
