Limited reserved space is available in the Cornerstone Development on a first-come, first-served basis to park RVs, boats, trailers, etc. upon approval of a homeowner’s application and the payment of associated fees.
Fees: Currently $20 per month for each approved space. Increase to $30 per month on April 1, 2025 and to $45 per month for larger space #12 (February 17, 2025 HOA Board Meeting Minutes).

- To fill form manually, print it or obtain a paper copy from the manager.
- To fill form using computer, download and open it with a PDF reader; type in form field information (can use Tab to jump between fields); and save/print for signature.
- If you do not have access to a printer, consider purchasing a printed copy by providing a PDF copy of the file (e.g., by email attachment or on a flash drive) with your print request to a copy shop.
- Sign and submit the completed, printed application to the manager for approval.
- When the application is approved and fees are paid to the Cornerstone HOA, you will be notified of your assigned parking space and given the combination to enter the Lot.
