MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to keep Cornerstone Condominiums Community a desirable place to live through efficient management of buildings, grounds, and roads. We administer and enforce the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) in order to preserve safety and property values. We support improvements within available resources that benefit the community and strive to continually improve and sustain Cornerstone’s reputation and appearance. We commit to being available and listen to the residents. In all our activities to fulfill our fiduciary responsibilities and achieve our mission we value integrity, fairness, consistent firmness with common sense, community participation, respect, cooperation, and sense of community.

Management Meetings

Normally 3:00 p.m. on 3rd Monday each month.
The Cornerstone Condominiums HOA is managed by an elected committee assuring the maintenance of roads, landscaping, and the integrity of the buildings and community. Other volunteers are appointed by the committee to assist with specific tasks.  A community center with adjacent ecologically friendly park is also enjoyed by residents.
