Monthly Condominium fees:

    • Cornerstone Community Center
    • Routine weekly unit garbage pickup and monthly dumpster service
    • HOA operations
    • A contingency fund for unexpected costs
    • Building the reserve for long-term capital replacements, e.g., roofs and roads

Transfer fee: there is a $300 transfer fee payable to the HOA when unit ownership changes. Whether the buyer or the seller pays this fee is decided during the sale of the condo.
