Payments to HOA

Common payments made to Cornerstone Condominiums HOA

1. Monthly Condo fee: $260 for 2024 ($285 beginning January 2025) due the 1st with late fee if paid after the 15th of an additional $25.
2. Monthly Overflow (RV) space fee: $20 due the 1st with late fee if paid after the 15th of an additional $20.
3. Clubhouse fee is $50 with reservation plus a $200 “deposit check” left with clubhouse chairperson to be returned if the clubhouse is clean and undamaged after the event.
4. Fines and other payments.

Except for the Clubhouse “deposit check”, payments can be made by one of the following:

1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) detailed below OR
2. Check or money order in the Clubhouse mail slot OR
3. Check or money order by USPS mail to:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to HOA account at Zions Bank

1. Click on Pay Zions Bank button below.
2. Either…
      a. Select “Click Here to Pay Now” and consider option near bottom to create a User ID and password to make future transactions easier.
                 OR
      b. Login with your User ID and password.
3. Either…
      a. Make a single payment (log in for each).
                 OR
      b. Create a recurring payment (modifiable with help of HOA Treasurer).
4. Fill in required fields shown with * and ignore Company and Invoice fields; also include your email address under Order Information and unit address as Billing Address.
5. Select check box “I accept the terms and conditions”.
6. Click the “Pay” Button.
7. Close the Zions Bank window (left click X at upper right corner).

You ABSOLUTELY MUST keep or remember any User ID and password you create.
